Mark Inboden
President | CEO
As President and CEO of UCEC, Mark approaches his leadership role both by managing today’s business needs while preparing the shop to serve their client’s future needs. With extensive and successful management experience at large corporations, Mark brings big business ideas to the panel shop floor. Mark’s focus on the future lead to the launch of UCEC Smart in 2018 to allow the business to provide connective solutions through the Industry 4.0 transformation.
Garrod Massey
VP Ops | COO
In 2007, Garrod started at UCEC as a new recruit on the shop floor. Never content to be stagnant, Garrod commits himself to always be learning, evolving, and trying to stay one step ahead of new trends and tools. These natural futuristic tendencies have made him a perfect match for UCEC. Today, Garrod oversees all aspects of the company. He also leads business development for BoxMetrix, Neoteros & UCEC Smart, pioneering ways to integrate new technology and the Internet of Things for more robust industry solutions.
Paula COLE
Vice President of Supply Chain
Paula has been an integral member of the UCEC team since she joined in 2011. Her people and organizational skills have made her invaluable in her role overseeing purchasing, production planning, warehouse, and logistics. Paula strives to consistently improve efficiencies by deploying new technologies and collaborating with the rest of the executive team to identify additional opportunities for "smart" operations.
