Operations Support Manager
I was the kid that would take something apart, modify it and put it back together hoping for a different outcome. Luckily for me, my high school had an electronics, digital electronics and robotics program. I took these courses all four years of high school, eventually leading to a victory in a robotics competition.
I was hired in 2007 100 percent green with zero panel experience. Now, although I had no panel shop history, I had plenty of basic electronics knowledge. I started playing guitar when I was 12. By 13 or so, I was taking apart the guitars to try and modify the electronics to give me different sounds.
By 2010 I had received enough mentoring and gained enough experience at UCEC that I was promoted to Production Supervisor. A year or so after that, I was promoted to Production Manager, and a year or so later, promoted to Operations Support Manager.
In addition to electronics, I still enjoy playing the guitar, and I am a foodie. I love cooking with my wife and going to nice restaurants.
